This series of photographs deals with the everchanging way that teachers are perceived, how teaching is perceived and how different types of children can benefit from different types of teaching. I visited a range of schools, some children required special facilites and some children although 'looked' as though they could cope with the everyday world, did indeed require some form of specialist teaching and care. But what is apparent with all of these children is that they are so totally happy and are simply gorgeous to be with. This project I think might be one of my most rewarding times I have had.
