BBC- Louise Cook,Last year was my second season but my first season at International level in the MSA British Rally Championship. I competed in the Fiesta Sport Trophy in a Fiesta ST and ended up becoming vice champion which was a great result as we struggled last year, being in the older slower Fiesta and finding it hard to find the funds. I also became British Female Rally Champion last year..This year, we have stayed with the Fiesta ST but entered into the Production World Rally Championship. Massive step, not just financially, but the roads are much more technical therefore your lines and pacenotes are much more difficult to perfect. We have 5 more rounds to go, we competed the first round back in January which was Rallye Monte Carlo where we came 2nd in the Production World Rally Championship. An unbelievable result for my first WRC outing. I also became the first ever female to get a podium finish in the P-WRC so that was great too :o).I hope to compete the full season of the P-WRC this year, I have 70k to find in 2 months, so the pressure is on to find funds before the next round in May, the Acropolis Rally in Greece. Zoe Wenham Last year I competed in the Volkswagen Racing Cup where I secured a 2nd place and 8th overall in the championship out of 34 competitors. For this season I will be taking a step up in my career and moving to the British GT championship in the GT4 class, racing a Ginetta G50.
